Dear parents and carers,
I hope that you have all had a well-deserved break and that everyone is looking forward to the start of term. I just wanted to send you all a message to confirm that school will be open on Monday.
The Department of Education and Training has been working closely with other agencies to monitor the situation and as a result we are confident that it is safe for students to return to school.
The health and wellbeing of students remains our number one priority so if your family was affected or there is anything we can do to support you or our students please do not hesitate to contact me.
Rohan Keert | Principal
I wish to thank you once again for your continued support and understanding as we respond to the fires affecting our community. Our hope is that we will be able return to classes as normal in our school after the Easter holidays.
The safety of our students and staff is our main priority, and our colleagues at the Department of Education and Training will be assisting us to monitor the air quality and the local conditions during the break.
We will contact you no later than Friday, 13 April 2018 should we need to make alternative arrangements for classes on Monday, 16 April 2018. Messages will be sent via Compass SMS and the CTS Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/cobdentech
I wish to thank you again for your support during this time and hope you have a safe and peaceful break with your families.
